and after...
a friend of mine whose daughter works for locks of love in texas, says that african american children are often given straight-hair wigs because of the lack of hair to make appropriate wigs for them ... please consider donating your hair to fill a very special need.
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! As hot and steamy as this part of the country is right now, I just know you are enjoying the new short hair.
ReplyDeleteYou look great! So good of you to donate your hair. Yay!!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it! You look like you've had a big weight taken off your shoulders which you have. Looks great!
ReplyDeleteYour long hair was beautiful, but you're gorgeous in your short cut! I wish I could grow mine and donate to Locks of Love too, but my hair seems to be genetically programed to stop at 8" or less, so I keep it in a slightly grown out pixie.
ReplyDeletecongrats on the donation. And you are totally cute with that short do.
ReplyDeleteYou're so cute with short hair (I'm jealous really)! I have wanted to do locks of love for a few months, but my hair is not yet long enough
ReplyDeleteEboni,
ReplyDeleteGreat contribution as I know the kids will appreciate your donation!! I'm growing out my hair for locks of love and my hair is always in a pony tail as I have several more inches to go.
Great hair cut. I'm so glad you could donate your hair. I wish I could but it would take a miracle and a lot of patience to get my hair long enough to donate.
ReplyDeleteCongrats... Doesn't it feel good to donate to Locks of Love? I cut my hair last spring and donated 18 inches. Always rember that it will grow back. Mine is long enough to do it again and I plan on doing it this fall.
ReplyDeletei adore your hair! i used to have my hair that short, it was so easy to take care of.
ReplyDeleteExtremely kool to cut your hair for a child that needs it! *APPLAUSE, APPLAUSE*
