dancing queen

"she is the dancing queen, young and sweet, only..." alright we won't talk about age today.

but what we WILL talk about is dancing. that's right, kids, mz went dancing tonight! there is this band called yumbambe that plays live salsa jazz at this little place downtown. i've been wanting to go forEVER but just now got around to it. anyway, after an hour-long lesson, the party got started. i danced with a few guys, including the guy who gave the lesson, and another guy who showed up early. who knew you could have so dang-on much fun dancing! my thighs are going to hate me in the morning, but i had a great time and i'm already looking forward to going back next tuesday night.

and with that, my lovelies, mz must go massage those thigh muscles in a hot shower. it's waaaaaay past bedtime, but so worth it!
