i was so happy to gift clapotis yesterday. my dear friend and her newest munchkin came to visit and we had a great time eating ice cream and watching one of our favorite shows (L&O:SVU). she absolutely loves clapotis and i'm thrilled!

i would like to start another clapotis for me, but i'm thinking about doing it in such a way that each of the dropped stitches have a bead. i know it would be hella tedious to string yarn with beads, but i think it would be -so- worth it in the end. if anyone has done this and has any pics to show me...please do! i need some incentive and inspiration!

That last link does not require threading beads, but now that I think about it, You do want to thread them if you're dropping stitches. Here's a better link:
